Conrad ErnestPHILLIPSCon passed away peacefully at Morriston Hospital on Monday, 24 November 2025.

His funeral will be held at Swansea Crematorium on Wednesday, 10 December at 11.30am, where family and friends are warmly invited to celebrate his life.

Family flowers only, please. Donation in Con's memory may be made to the Morriston Liz Baker Renal Unit.
