Words will never be enough to describe the woman she was, the funniest most caring person who would go to the end of the earth for you. I am beyond lucky for the time we have had, the relationship we had, the bond and memories you made with Maisey and so grateful you fought to stay until the end to meet your namesake Sylvie and spend 8 whole weeks getting to cuddle and smile at her when that’s all you had left to give.
You will live in my memories and heart forever, love you more than you could ever know Nan🤍
