Vera GraceSALTPassed away peacefully at Hanford Manor Care Home on Saturday 5th July 2025, aged 95 years.
Loving wife to the late William Salt, treasured mother to the late David, Patricia and Christine, mother in Law to David and Kevin Caring grandmother to Becky, James, Tom, Andy and Alex.
Vera will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.
