Robert has left an everlasting mark on all our lives. He showed us what it means to face challenges with bravery and to find light even in the darkest moments. Robert’s generosity, kindness and laughter will live on in our classrooms, in our hearts, and in the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know him.

I miss you dearly, Robert. Love from your teacher, Gemma.

Robert what can I say, it’s taken me so long to know what to write and I still don’t know. All I know is I’ve worked with you every year at Bennerley since I started, and the last 3 years working with you so closely has been my pleasure. You’ve made me laugh, smile and not sharing your chocolate with me. You are the strongest person I know. You are always on my mind and always will be.

Love you always Robert

Clare, Jim and Oliver you are all so so strong and the strength you have shown is incredible, sending my love to you all.
Always here for you
