George HenrySMITHThe family are deeply saddened to announce that on 1st November, after a long illness, George aged 89 years of Grimsby, while surrounded by his loving family, peacefully passed away.

Beloved husband of June, loving dad of Elaine, Ray and the late Mick, Mandy, Andrew, Garry, Darren and the late Michael and David. Much loved grandad, great-grandad, brother and dear friend to many. George will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The funeral service will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday 19th November 2025 at 1:30pm.

Floral tributes will be welcomed and received by Alexanders Funeral Care. Donation's in George's memory will be put to the benefit of the Alzheimer's Society.

By family request no mourning attire, bright colours are welcome.

George is resting at
