James PatrickSMITHOn 1st Nov 2025, I said goodbye to my wonderful husband Jim. He fought for such a long time against the awful illness Dementia.

I am so heartbroken to lose the love of my life, my best friend, my heart. I will miss you always, the fun, the laughter but I will hold the fabulous memories we created in our 18 years together.

You were a loving husband, father, granddad, brother, cousin and friend. Everyone who knew you will never forget you. Rest now with your mum (Mary) dad (Jimmy) & brothers Alan & Gerard. I hope you are having that Guinness with Howard & Julie.

I will love you to my very last breath. Till we meet again Smiffy x x x x x x

Funeral notification will be posted soon - family flowers only please. Donations to Dementia Support & Research would be most appreciated. Alzheimers Research UK & Dementia UK

Jim.
I just wanted to say I was very honoured to be your friend.
Always so kind and funny and of course being an Everton fan like me made things great.
You are no longer suffering now and may you rest in peace.
I will miss you always.
