Peter & AudreySTANLEYIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peter and Audrey Stanley who passed away peacefully surrounded by their close family, Peter on Sunday 12th April aged 95 and Audrey Stanley on 17th May aged 89.

Devoted mother and father to Suzanne, Rebecca and Adrian, father in law and mother-in-law to Chris, Bob and Pam, grandfather and great grandfather, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Both will be deeply missed by their family and friends.

Peter & Audrey’s funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium, main chapel on Wednesday 10th June 2026 at 11:00am.

Family flowers only, please.

Donations made in lieu will be sent to Treetops Hospice and Ward 306 Derby Royal Hospital.

So sad to hear of Peter and his wife passing. I worked with Peter who was always nothing but kind and always made me laugh with his wicked sense of humour. Occasionally I would bump into both of them whilst doing the Tesco shop and a nicer couple you couldn’t meet. Condolences to all the family. Shelagh
