Alan GeorgeWADEPeacefully, while in the care of the Lincoln County Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, Alan, aged 89 years, sadly passed away.

Beloved Husband of Monica. Treasured Dad of Paul, Martin and Alison. Much-loved father-in-law of Kevin, Julie and Heika Cherished Grandad of, Alex, James, Richard, Andrew, Brittany, Joshua and Luke and Great Grandad of Oliver, George, Rupert and Reuben.

Alan was a good friend to many and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

A service to celebrate Alan's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Friday 26th September at 11:15.

Family flowers only please, donations may be made in Alan's memory to Dementia UK, a donations box for this chosen charity will be available in the garden of remembrance after the service. The option to donate online will also be available via funeralnotices.com.

My memories of working alongside Alan many years ago, are of an absolute gentleman and true family man. He showed kindness, empathy and loyalty to all and always made me smile….such a character! Rest in peace lovely man 😘
