Martyn was one of those rare people who made the world feel safer just by being in it. He always had time to listen, never judging, always understanding, and somehow knowing exactly what to say. He offered a shoulder to cry on without hesitation and gave the kind of hugs that made you feel truly seen and cared for.
He changed my life for the better in more ways than I can ever fully put into words. Martyn believed in me, often more than I believed in myself, and encouraged me to pursue my dreams. His supportive words will stay with me forever. He had an endless kindness that reached everyone around him. He was amazing with our children and it meant the world to us that he christened our two youngest, something we will always hold close to our hearts.
Martyn truly was the best. A friend, a guide and a light in so many lives. I feel so incredibly lucky to have known him.
