Carol was an absolutely amazing teacher and I loved working with her. She was a much admired and respected teacher and senior leader. Carol was a lovely friend - thoughtful, patient and kind with such a good sense of humour. I miss you Carol xxxxx

Carol was a person of great calm who inspired me with her serenity. At school, I keenly remember her holding the hand of a particular child -who was struggling in his life- every single day. Seeing that quiet support in his life, freely offered, has stayed with me and am sure, most importantly, with him. It was testament to her kindness and care. Such a private person with great compassion. I’m glad I met you Carol.
