Charles PatrickADAMS'Wacker' of Swadlincote Passed away suddenly on 6th November 2018 aged 77 years. A funeral service will be held on Monday 26th November at 12:45pm in the Carnarvon Chapel, Bretby Crematorium. No dress code. Family flowers only please.
