Thomas GwynADAMSPassed away peacefully aged 13 years after suffering with a brain tumour. Beloved son of Ted and Becca, adored big brother of Evan and Dewi, much loved grandson and nephew. Will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. A celebration of Thomas' life will take place at Liverpool Anglican Cathedral (Lady Chapel) on Monday 12th December at 1.30pm Donations in memory of Thomas are welcomed for The Brain Tumour Charity.
