Derrick NewtonALLENPeacefully passed away on 20th July 2021, aged 90 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Derrick’s funeral service will be held on Wednesday 11th August 2021 at All Saints Church, Alrewas at 1pm, followed by a burial in the churchyard. Family flowers only. Donations if desired may be made through the online obituary to St Giles Hospice, Whittington. So Sorry to here about the sad news about Derrick passing away. We visited All Saints church yard today and found Derricks grave to my sadness.
Derrick was the service manager at Kennings Lichfield when I started there as an apprentice mechanic which he gave me as my first Job from school.
He was a true English Gentleman and I will never forget all that he did for me while at Kennings.
May he rest in Peace.
