FredALLENof Segar Street, Great Harwood passed away on November 25, aged 85 years. Fred was a self-employed joiner. He loved walking in the countryside, especially around Great Harwood. He also loved watching all sports, especially football, cricket and Rugby and played snooker with his friend on Friday nights. Fred was a great family man and loved spending time with them. Husband to Norma, father to Peter, Louise and the late Julie, father-in-law to Mike and Claire, grandfather to Sam, Hannah, George, Harry and Jacob. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. His funeral will be held on Friday, December 9 at St Wulstan R C Church, Great Harwood at 11am, conducted by Father Ethelbert Arua prior to burial at Great Harwood Cemetery at 11.30am.
