PaulANDERTONBeloved husband of Anne, father to Catherine & Richard, father-in-law to Nigel & Sal, and grandfather to Dan & Sophie.

Well respected local historian and published author.

Died on Saturday April 5th, aged 90, peacefully at home with family and in the great care of the DougieMac nurses.

Will be greatly missed but fondly remembered by all those who knew and loved him.

Friends and family to meet at Bradwell Crematorium on Friday May 2nd, service starts at 12:40. Mourning attire not necessary.

No flowers by request but any possible donations to the DougieMac Hospice.

I only knew Paul Anderton in recent years, and that was somewhat brief. He showed interest in my published book (local pottery industry) and asked if he might write a review. This he did for his local historians. His 'review' was detailed and glowing - almost better than my book. Am so greatful for our brief connection.
