EdwinAPPLEBY(EDDY/TED) Annie, Delia, Geoff, Stephen and Alex would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for the many cards of sympathy, letters and flowers, on the occasion of Eddy's recent death and also for attending his funeral service. We would also like to thank the following people:- All the staff of Churchview Nursing and Residential Care Home for the dedicated care and love they gave to Eddy during the past four years. Doctor Sue Burrows for caring for Eddy in the later years of his life, and the receptionists and nurses at Queens Park Medical Centre for being so courteous and helpful.
