Brian DavidAPPLEGATEIt is with great sadness that the family announce that Brian Applegate passed away peacefully, whilst in the care of Diana Princess of Wales Hospital on Monday 13th of April 2026, aged 85 Years.
Beloved husband to Pauline , much loved step-dad to Martin, loving grandad to Courtney, Lauren,Lewis and Kyle, cherished great grandad to Novalie and Axel, adored brother to Sam, brother in law to Kath and Sue and dear friend to many.
A service to celebrate Brian's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Tuesday 28th of April 2026 at 2:15pm.
Brian is resting at Kettle Funeralcare where floral tributes will be gratefully received or if so desired donations in Brian's memory may be given to The Arc. There will also be a donation box in the gardens of remembrance following the service.
The family request that those attending wear smart casual clothing, with a pop of colour or a Grimsby Town item.
