Malcolm RobertARMSTRONG20/02/1947 - 24/09/2020 In loving memory of our dearest brother Malcolm, of Southport, on the 2nd Anniversary of his unexpected passing whilst on holiday in Spain. We tried to find the answers dear Malcolm We tried so very hard We flew your ashes home to us For which only now we dare to part, but The music and light festival has poignantly called You back to Southport and It is here that we must say adieu. You are forever in our hearts dear brother And there you shall remain. Today on your anniversary we scattered your ashes May they fly high above the stratosphere Sail from shore to shore, and When the moon covers the lake Dance forevermore. Our memories are precious dear Malcolm, our love everlasting. You filled the room with your laughter and we miss you dearly, until we meet again. Your loving sisters Janice, Andrea, Wendy and brother Gary.

My dearest brother Malcolm, I'm a little late with my message thus September. I have been struggling to find the right words. The shock of your passing, how no ambulance was sought, stays with me- unresolved. Here is my message as sadly another year passes.
September has arrived - yet another year
The sunshine and downpours, that unmistakable chill in the wind, as winter approaches.
Nature stands proud as it prepares its foliage for a long sleep.
The eye rewarded with a fabulous burst of glory.
I remember the spectacular fireworks, our sad farewell, as we cast your ashes to the wind, the lake, to distant shores. A metaphor of you my dear brother.
Quietly, you may sleep, but you are forever a bright light in our hearts. We remember, not just in September. Hush! Sleep well dear brother. Love to you. Your sister Andrea xx

💜Malcolm Robert Armstrong 💜

Dear Malcolm,

My birthday message appeared elsewhere! Yes I never change.

I love you my brother, that will also never change.

The pure white delicate snow drops appear first, then the vibrant colours of the crocus and I am reminded of your birthday. The promise of warmer days, sun and exquisite colours after the dark grey of winter. The colours a remind me of you, how you could bring joy and life to a yone with your smile and that laugh. What a laugh - indeed.

Sleep peaceful my dear brother from your loving sister Andrea. 💜

Dearest brother Malcolm, as time moves along, my thoughts and love are forever with me of such a caring beautiful man. Never will I forget how you were not sought medical help and so not saved. You left this world too soon my precious brother. Loads of love Andrea

💜 Dearest Malcolm, 💜
I think of you often, I cannot lie
I strangely want to sing a lullaby
This you would not like, for I can't hold a note
I see you laughing as if it's a joke
Oh, my dear brother I miss that laugh
I smile at the thought and sadness prevails, because you are so missed all of these days.
You're here in my heart and forever will remain
Wrapped up with love until I see you again.

Happy heavenly birthday dear Malcolm
💜💜

As the weather changes and autumn approaches I am reminded of last year and the scattering of your ashes dear Malcolm. I still can't believe you are not here but in that other place. I speak to you often and hope you hear, because you are loved no matter where you are. Your loving sister Andrea. 💜
