BrianARMSTRONGPeacefully at Briardene Care Home on Saturday 23rd December 2023 aged 88 years. Brian, cherished husband of Betty, devoted dad of Karen and Ian, loving brother of Alan and brother-in-law of Sue. Much loved father-in-law of Keith and Hayley, adored granda of Sam, Jess, Dan, Beth and Jon, and great-granda of Thomas, Charlie, Cleo, Rosie and Finn. Brian will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. The family would like to give a special thank you to all of the staff at Briardene Care Home for all of their compassion, care and support. Would family and friends please meet for funeral service and cremation at West Road Crematorium on Wednesday 17th January 2024 at 1.15pm. All welcome afterwards for refreshments and a further celebration of Brian's life at Benwell Hill Cricket Club, Denton Bank, West Road, Newcastle upon Tyne NE15 7EU. Family flowers only, donations if so desired in aid of British Diabetics Association.
