ElsieARMSTRONGARMSTRONG (Fordley). Bill and family would like to thank family and friends for the wishes of condolence and floral tributes sent following the death of his beloved wife Elsie on January 24th 2008. Thanks to all staff at Dudley Surgery who saw to Elsie's healthcare needs over the years, special thanks to The Ambulance Service, staff in Accident and Emergency, the Emergency Care Unit and Ward 22 at North Tyneside General Hospital, who looked after Elsie during her final illness. Thanks to Melrose and Denis for the funeral arrangements and for making sure Elsie moved on with dignity.
