EvelynASHEREvelyn Asher (Whorlton Grange) Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on 23rd August, aged 82 years. Beloved wife of the late Bill, treasured mam of Neil and Nicola, devoted grandma of Caitlin and Zoe. Evelyn will be greatly missed by all of her dear family and friends. Please meet at the West Road Crematorium on Friday 2nd September at 12:45pm and afterwards at the Great North Hotel in Gosforth. Please wear 'a bit of sparkle'. Family flowers only and donations in lieu to Pancreatic Cancer UK. A donation box will be available at the crematorium. So sorry to hear about the passing of Evelyn. My wife JOAN who was in the Barbershop Chorus with Evelyn for many years was sorry she was unable to attend the Funeral as she has been very poorly. She always found Evelyn very gentle and kind and was always up for a laugh . Joan always remembers the good times they always had on their trips.
