Patricia RoseAUSTWICKIt is with great sadness to announce that Pat aged 88 years passed away peacefully on 12th May 2025 whilst in the tender care of Waltham House Care Home.
A much loved wife to the late Brian, a dear sister to Ray & Liz and will be missed by all who knew her.
A service to celebrate Pat's life will be held at
Grimsby Crematorium on
Tuesday 27th May at 11.15.
By request family flowers only but donations in memory of Pat can be made online only to Dementia UK.
A donation box will be available on the day to be shared between St Margaret's Care Home and
Waltham House Care Home.
