Claire LouiseBAHIPassed away peacefully on Monday 9th September 2013 at the Royal Derby Hospital aged 39 years. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Claire's funeral service is to take place at St Bartholomew's Church, Elvaston Castle on Friday 27th September 2013 at 11.30am, followed by the interment in the Churchyard.
