John AlanBAINBRIDGEAlan passed away on the 16th November 2025, aged 92 years.

Beloved husband of Norma (deceased). Father of Martin and Carl, Father in law of Sue and Lisa, Grandad of Daniel and Gemma.

The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 10th December 2025 at 10.30am at Canley Crematorium, Canon Hill Chapel. Family invite all who are attending to wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, are to the Alzheimer's Society. A donation box will be located at the exit of the chapel or online via funeral notices at www.franklinfunerals.co.uk

Many thanks for the donations on the day of the funeral. The family have rounded it up to this amount. Thank you also for the wonderful comments and cards we have received, dad was a truly wonderful gentleman, dad and grandad who will be sorely missed x

I have very fond memories of Mr Bainbridge, he was my A Level History teacher, he brought all his lessons to life with his in-depth knowledge of the subject, which subsequently led me to loving the subject and becoming a teacher myself. Deepest condolences to all his family.
