MaryBAKERPeacefully in hospital on March 3rd, Mary aged 94 years.

Beloved wife of the late George, a much loved mam of Susan, Janet and Sally, dear mother-in-law of Peter, Danny and John, a dearly missed grandma of Peter, Paul, Alexander, Victoria, Vanessa, Alan and the late Jason and Lauren and a sadly missed great grandma of Angel, Ava, Tanisha, Kenzo, Jasmine, Bethany, Kieran, Poppy, Tabitha and Tyler.
Funeral service and cremation to take place on Friday March 28th at 1.30pm in the chapel of St Hilda Teesside Crematorium. Would friends please meet at the crematorium chapel. Floral tributes welcome.

Our lovely Aunty Mary. Always had a smile. Always had a conversation. Always had some homemade cake. We saw less of her since moving from the area but always got a Xmas card. I spoke with her last year by telephone and despite her failing health, she made light of it and chatted away with me for a good 45 minutes. One of my earliest childhood memories is of the time I stayed with her and Uncle George at Great Ayton while ( I think) my mam was in hospital. I must have been 2 but I remember her gentle good humour. Salt of the earth. Rest again with the handsome lad you wed! Pete x
