He will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.

Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 7th January 10am at Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium (small Chapel).

Family flowers only please, donations to ward 11 at Hull Royal Infirmary

May be left at the service.
