Grateful thanks to all who assisted in the Funeral, especially JW Ball, for their sympathetic and professional attendance. The Reverend Roy Baker for his kindness and understanding, Horse Drawn Carriages Limited, for providing the splendid horses, and Ian and George for their musical support. The Family's gratitude goes to all his Carers, the Staff at Churchtown Medical Centre, Leyland Rest Home, Chase Heys and all other Agencies involved in his care for their support and attention during the last year.
