There was never anyone more joyful and welcoming than my Nana Joan as you walked through her door - no matter who you are. She was interested in everyone, and delighted in nothing more than her family growing and doing well in life. We will miss her deeply, but she is at peace now. We love you, Nan xx

Living far away from Nan and Grandad has always had it's challenges, but when we were together Nan would always make it feel like no time had passed. I will remember her for her wicked humour, soft hands and warm smile. She was an inspiration and fought so hard to give her family a life she didn't have. I'll miss you so much Nan, Xx Cal.
