Clive was a good lad, I was on community service and he was the painting forman, he was hilarious 😂 he had a name for everyone , he could do great impersonation of everyone we worked with , the voices, the actions even there looks 😂 a great musician , he even looked like gerry Marsden 😄 RIP clip 👉👍👍👍

Followed Clip in the early 70's,first with the Earthquakes then the 78's,always a great night.Brash and loud on stage but off stage really nice guy.

Sorry to hear of the passing of clive(clip)ballinger, he was a very talented piano player and played many gigs here in Derby at local pubs and clubs.Belting out rock'n'roll hits of Jerry Lee Lewis,Little Richard and the like.He was a quietly spoken man, but once he hit the ivories he transformed into the rock'n roll icons of the 50's and 60's.Know he will be up there rockin along with the best of them.R.I.P. Condolences to his family.

So sad to hear about Clip he was a Rock and Roll legend in Derby in the Seventies had so many great nights bopping to Clip and the 78s.
