Jeremy AndrewBANHAMdied suddenly but peacefully on 5th November aged 75 at Wycombe General Hospital All who knew him are invited to a CELEBRATION OF HIS LIFE and SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY at All Saints' Church, Oval Way on Friday 14th November at 3pm and afterwards to a reception at Gerrards Cross Golf Club.
