Sheila AnneBARBERIt is with great sadness that the family of Sheila Anne Barber announces her passing at her home on Sunday 21st June 2026, at the age of 83. Sheila was a much loved Mother and Nan, and a cherished Wife and Friend.

Sheila enjoyed being an active member of the Newton Solney Art Club, Stretton's U3A Art Club and Bretby Golf Club. Sheila will be remembered through her artwork and as a dearly missed Rummikub player. Sheila also enjoyed attending Burton Catholic Mothers and Newton Solney Women's Institute.

She will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her husband Peter, her daughter Rachel and husband Panagiotis, son Paul and wife Theresa and her six grandchildren Lefteris, Agnes, Dominic, Zoe, Anna and Bella.

Funeral Tuesday 14th July, service 1:30pm at St Peter & St Paul's Catholic Church, Swadlincote.

Family Flowers only please. Donations in loving memory will support St Giles Hospice, and may be placed in the collection box following the service.
