Died peacefully at home on September 1st 2014, beloved husband of Joan, father of Louise and Michael, father-in-law to Marie and a dear grandfather of James David. Funeral Service to be held at St, Gregory's Minster, Kirkdale, North Yorkshire on Saturday September 13th at 2.00pm, followed by interment in the church yard. A Service of Thanksgiving is to be held in Hexham Abbey on Monday September 15th at 2.00pm. Donations in memory of David may be given for Tynedale Hospice at Home.
