You were so much more than just a husband—you were my soulmate, best friend, protector, my partner in everything, and a wonderful caring father. You gave your all to our family and now we feel lost without you. You were a remarkable man - dependable, loving and caring, and the centre of our world. We miss you so much – your smile, your hug, your voice, and your laugh. Death may have taken your hand from ours, but it can never erase the life we built, the memories we created and shared, or the love that bound us together for so many years. We will survive this pain, because that’s what you would have wanted, but we will never stop missing or loving you. Not today, not tomorrow, not ever. You will never be forgotten.
Love you always.

There are conversations I wish we’d been able to have. But no-one can take away the memories of a dad who always sought to do the right thing.
