ShirleyBARNES10th October 1936 - 24th January 2024

Shirley sadly passed away in Fairfield Hospital on Wednesday 24th January 2024 aged 87 years. The beloved wife of the late Rodney Barnes, loving mum to Joanne, Martin, and Jason, cherished by daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren and family, who will all miss her greatly.

The funeral will take place at Rochdale Crematorium on Thursday 22nd February, at 12:40pm. Thereafter a celebration of Shirley's life will take place at Littleborough Cricket Club, Denhurst Rd, Littleborough, OL15 9LD.

Shirley I just wanted to say goodbye. I am sorry I cannot be with you today. I miss you already just knowing that you are not next door anymore. I will miss our over the fence chats in the summer. How we used to have a chuckle at things. Rest in peace sweet lady. Lots and lots of love, Sharon xxx
