MaryBARROWMary Barrow (nee Bird) of Whitchurch, Cardiff, died peacefully at Duffryn Ffrwd Residential Care Home on 19th June 2023. The dearly loved wife of the late Eddie, and devoted mum and mum-in-law to John and Sue, Paul and Anna, and the late Christine. Mary was also a precious Grandma to her seven grandchildren - Kate, Amy, Tom, Jo, Tim, Ellie and Laurie and their partners, and her eleven great grandchildren - Alfie, Sophie, Lottie, Eddie, Chloe, Archie, Jacob, Jackson, Stanley, Jesse and Josiah. Mary was much loved and will be sadly missed. We are very grateful to Jill Thomas and her team at Duffryn Ffrwd who cared so well for Mary in her final year. A thanksgiving service will be held at Whitchurch Methodist Church, Penlline Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff CF14 2AA on Friday 21st July at 11am, followed by cremation in the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill at 12.30 pm.
