AllanBASKEYFIELDSuddenly on 5th February 2026 at home, Allan from Baddeley Green, aged 91 years, sadly passed away just a few days before his 92nd birthday.

Much loved dad of Julie and Martyn, dear father-in-law of Paul and Sonia and a treasured grandad, great-grandad and great-great-grandad. Allan will be fondly remembered by all his family and friends.

Funeral service will take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Monday 23rd March at 2pm. Will relatives and friends kindly meet at Carmountside.

Family flowers only please. Donations will be greatly appreciated towards a memorial bench and bird hide at Deep Hayes Country Park.

Terribly sad loss of one of the best. Like others, he taught me Judo in the early 70s at Holden Lane. He was a marvellous character who will be sadly missed. Our thoughts are with you Martyn, Julie & families. Rest in peace Allan.

So sorry to hear this news, only four days after attending his best mate’s funeral, life does really throw a curve ball at times. Rest in Peace Allan, you’ve earned it.
