Michael JohnBATE(Mick) Ann, Joanne and Michael would like to thank family, friends, neighbours, Crewe Golf Club members and staff, Bentley Motors and Rolls Royce workmates, Brookfield Golf Club, Alsager Golf Club, South Cheshire past captains, YSD and Curtain Call Productions for their kindness and support shown on their recent sad loss. The family have been overwhelmed by the generosity of the donations received for the Macmillan Unit at Leighton Hospital and the many messages of condolence. Special thanks to Rev Malcolm Shaw for his prayers and comforting words during the service. Also heartfelt thanks to the doctors and district nurses from Rope Green Medical Centre, The Macmillan Unit at Leighton Hospital and staff at the Christie Hospital, Manchester.
