PaulBATES(Kate) Joanna, Viv, Lea, Jack, Benny and Jim would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for all their support, messages of sympathy, cards of condolence, beautiful floral tributes and donations received during their recent sad loss. Special thanks to Packmoor District Nurses, especially Shirley and Laura for their care and kindness shown to Paul, Quilpy from the Green Star and Johnny Carroll, also Dave Mellor, president of Fegg Hayes Club, for all their generous support, the Reverend Stephen Pratt for his personal tribute and prayers of comfort and Les Mountford and staff of Williamson Brothers for the funeral arrangements.
