Barbara JeanBATES(of Duffield and latterly Holbrook Hall Care Home)

Died peacefully on 31st August at the Royal Derby Hospital, aged 69 years.

Beloved daughter of the late Irene and Arthur, niece of the late Mavis and Harold and much loved friend to many.

Barbara lived a full and happy life until illness caused a long hospitalisation, followed by several months being cared for at Holbrook Hall by their excellent team. Her most recent illness was short and led to her sudden death.

A celebration of Barbara's life will take place in the main chapel at Markeaton Crematorium at 1.30 pm on Tuesday 7th October. (Please wear whatever is comfortable for you.)

Family flowers only, please. Donations to Cats' Protection or Kidney Research UK are welcome.

A special person, Barbara will be sadly missed by all her friends.
