ArthurBATESPeacefully at rest on Monday 23rd February 2026 at Goldendale House Care Home, Tunstall, Arthur aged 92 years, formerly of Hanley, now reunited with his beloved wife Betty, the dearly loved and treasured dad of Ian and Gillian, a loving father in law of Carolyn and the late Matthew, a much loved and cherished grandad to Jordan and Hayley and their partners Brendan and Craig, a dearly loved great grandad to Joel and Rose also a dear brother in law to Doreen, Susan and Wendy.

Arthur will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and many friends.

Funeral service and cremation to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 19th March 2026 at 12.00 midday.

Would friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the crematorium.

Family flowers only please; donations would be preferred in memory of Arthur to the Alzheimer's Society. A donation box will be available at the crematorium via the funeral directors. Messages of condolence may be left on the funeral directors' website www.kevinlowndsfuneralservices.com
