Jacqueline Stober & Betty Bond for leading the committal service for us. Beautiful flowers were arranged by 'Seasons for Flowers'. Donations to Mackworth Church & Derbyshire Children's Holiday Centre, have been sent, thank you. The care of ward 305, RDH was appreciated. We valued the care of the primary health care team, over many years given by Dr. P. A. A. Woods practice. Also, the amazing district nurses, thank you. A memorial service will be held as soon as the Coronavirus pandemic resolves.
