PatBAZELEYPassed away peacefully on 28th October aged 77 years. Loving Mum to Natalie and a special friend to many. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral service to take place on Thursday 23rd November at Cannon Hill Chapel, Canley Crematorium at 12.45pm followed by Committal at Lentons Lane Cemetery.
