Daniel AndrewBEAVISPassed away peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital on 8th November 2023, aged 38 years.

Beloved son of Lynne and Andrew and much loved brother to Claire.

He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral Monday 18th December, service 11:00am in the Main Chapel at Markeaton Crematorium.

By request, please wear football colours.

Family flowers only please.

Donations in lieu will support the RSPCA Derby & District and may be left at the service or given online at www.wathalls.co.uk
