Suddenly at home on 2nd December 2023 aged 84 years Peter.

Beloved husband of the late Muriel, much loved dad of David and Julie, loved father-in-law of Ian and adored grandad of Connor and Dylan.

Funeral Service at St. Mary the Virgin Parish Church Whickham on Thursday 21st December at 10.15am.

Cremation to follow at Saltwell Crematorium at 11.15am.

Would friends please meet at church.

All welcome afterwards at Whickham Golf Club.

PRB and myself worked at Reyrolle & Co for many years l stayed at Grange Walk one night and ,on leaving Muriel made sure l had bacon sandwiches for my 3 bus journey home.. The last contact l had was the very week Muriel passed , few words were spoken / Peter was utterly devastated the BT number was withdrawn and l did not get to Peter’s funeral. RIP A LOVELY COUPLE.
