William ArthurBESSANTIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William Bessant who passed away peacfully on 6th June 2026, aged 97.
Beloved husband of Eileen, devoted father of Mark and Paul and a cherished grandfather of Laura and Adam. A true gentleman known for his kindness, warmth and quiet strength. He lived a long a fulfilling life rich in family, friendship and cherished memories. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Family and friends are invited to join us in celebrating a life well lived at Springwood Crematorium (Myrtle Chapel) on 24th June 2026 at 2.15pm. Followed by refreshments at The Elephant. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Alzheimer's Society. Forever remembered with love.
