JackBIRCHSuddenly on August 19th, Jack aged 28 years.

Much loved son of Helen and Jonathan and stepson of Simon, special brother of Thomas, cherished grandson of Marian and Muriel. Forever in our hearts.

A celebration of Jack's life will take place on Monday 8th September at 2.30pm in St Hilda's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium. Friends please meet at St Hilda's Chapel and please wear something non-formal.

No flowers please. Donations if so desired to Maxi's Mates, a charity close to Jack's heart. A collection plate will be available outside the chapel.

I have such fond memories of Jack from coming to our house for tea in primary school to crashing on our settee after a good night out with the lads x he was always polite, kind, caring and considerate with a heart of pure gold and the cheekiest smile x This world has a huge hole in it now, but there is a massive star up there shining his light down on us xx RIP lovely boy

Sending so much love to all of Jacks family especially his mam. I had a lot of time for Jack, he was a lovely lad. Always there for others and a true gent! I still can't believe it or take it in. Rest easy Jack.. xx
