William RichardBIRD(Bill) 13th September 2017 peacefully at home with his loving family. Beloved husband of Fran and much loved dad of Bill and Andy, father-in-law of Lannie and Anita, and cherished grandad to Cai, Alex and Sophie. Will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral to take place on Monday 25th September at Blacon Crematorium at 2.40pm (family and close friends only) followed by a church service at All Saints Church, Hoole at 3.20pm.
