Lesley JayneBIRDPassed away peacefully at Queen's Hospital,
on the 3rd June 2025,
aged 66 years.
Lesley was a cherished soulmate to Roger,
a loving mum to Joseph and India Rose,
a treasured sister to Linda and Angela,
and a special sister-in-law to Amina, Lizzie, Ian, Vince, and Steve.
She will be dearly missed by family, friends and her work colleagues
at Royal Derby Hospital.
Lesley's family warmly invite you to join them in celebrating her life.
Funeral Tuesday 24th June 2025,
service 1.15pm at St Chad's Church, 113 Hunter Street, DE14 2SS.
Followed by a private committal.
Formal funeral attire not required.
At the family's request, bright colours are welcomed.
Family flowers only please,
donations in memory of Lesley will benefit RSPB,
and may be placed in the donation box at the service.
