Daniel Edward RonaldBIRDSEYSadly on 16th December 2018, Daniel of Waun Las, Waunceirch. Peacefully passed away, loving partner of Corey, wonderful Dad to his children Elliot, Noah and Lilly May. Beloved son of Sharon and Christopher and brother to Rebecca, Matthew and Cory. He will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral Service at Margam Crematorium on Saturday 12th January at 9.30am. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if so desired to Bowel Cancer UK c/o Les Davies Independent Funeral Directors, Main Road, Cadoxton, Neath, SA10 8AP. Tel 01639 642945.

Keep thinking of your last few weeks Christopher. You spent most of it on the floor because your legs just wouldn’t work anymore. You couldn’t even walk 10 feet to the bathroom. I was dragging you backwards to get you there. You left this house for the last time on our 30th wedding anniversary. When you got in the ambulance I knew you’d never be coming back. I tried my best up until that point. Then you died 6 days later. By then you didn’t recognise who I was. And after 41 years together that was really upsetting. Sorry I let you down 🥹
