BarbaraBLACKBURNPassed away peacefully, on the 13th June 2026, aged 79 years, at the Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and of Sheepridge, Barbara.

The beloved partner of Michael, much loved sister of Ken, Jean, Bernard and Margaret, also a loving auntie and good friend to many.

A funeral service to celebrate Barbara's life will be held at the Huddersfield Crematorium on Thursday 9th July at 12:30pm.

Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu would be gratefully received for Breast Cancer UK for which a donation box will be available.

Barbara and myself, goes back many years . Best of friends for years, as best friends we were like twins at school. Perhaps I should explain myself. My Maiden name was Pauline Moore lived at No 6 Long Hill Road, and Barbara live just around the corner I remember Bernard. Rest in peace Babs I will never forget the happy times we spent. ( especially bunking off school and hiding in my house, while my Mum was working. Rest In peace Bron one wonderful friend who will be sadly missed. xxxxxxx
